What are golf outright odds?
An outright (futures) bet is a bet on who wins the whole tournament. Each golfer has a price; +1000 means a $100 bet returns $1,000 profit if that golfer wins.
Why don't the implied probabilities add up to 100%?
Each book builds a margin into its prices, and the best price per golfer is taken from different books, so the column is not a single book's market. Treat implied probability as the price's break-even rate, not a forecast.
